Release - Kaizen
Duration: 60 minutes ($175)
A deeper session aimed at releasing tension and emotional blockages. Kaizen means “Change for the better”. There’s no magic spell to success. Instead of trying to make radical life changes, start with small, daily improvements. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process.
Renew - Kintsugi
Duration: 90 minutes ($250)
A fully immersive session for full-body rejuvenation and mental clarity. Kintsugi is the Japanese tradition of repairing broken ceramics with gold; literally, ‘to join with gold’. We need to embrace and celebrate our flaws and imperfections because in repairing things that have broken, we can create something more unique, beautiful, and resilient.

Initial Consultation
First Session: $50
All new clients receive one $50 first session with Dr. Rischer. This initial consultation is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy. It is an opportunity for both parties to decide if Dr. Rischer is the right person to help. There is no obligation to continue treatment beyond the initial consultation, and you decide if you’d like to come back for paid visits.

$450 buys Up to 4 hours of Therapy
For those in need of ongoing therapy, Dr. Rischer offers a reduced rate of $450 for up to 4 hours of therapy in four weeks. If you choose this option, you will be
billed $450 upfront and scheduled for four one-hour sessions in four consecutive weeks.
Additional Sessions
Beyond 4 in a month
In the rare situation that a client may need to be seen for more than four sessions in a month, such as crises where the client would like to be seen multiple days in a single week, those sessions are billed at a reduced rate of $100/hour.

Botox
- Xeomin® is a neurotoxin, also referred to as a wrinkle relaxer or neuromodulator. It is the perfect solution to treat and prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and deep facial furrows. Repeated muscle contractions from frowning, squinting, or raising eyebrows cause skin to furrow and fold, gradually resulting in the formation of facial lines. While traditionally neurotoxins have a reputation for being used only on the upper part of the face in areas like the forehead, glabella (11’s), and crow’s feet, in recent years, some of the very common off-label uses for neurotoxins include: brows, temples, jawline, bunny lines, gummy smile, nose, smoker’s lines, down turning smile, chin dimples, platysmal bands, and sweating.
- When neurotoxins are injected beneath the surface of the skin, the injections temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes the muscles to contract. This, in turn, makes you look younger!
- Most procedures take only 15-20 minutes, allowing you to return to your daily activities right away. This is why most people consider these treatments to be a lunchtime procedure!

Fillers
- All of our dermal filler injections are made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring molecule in our bodies that attracts over twice its weight in water. Since hyaluronic acid naturally occurs, our bodies accept the filler more easily and it allows it to be naturally metabolized over time.
- Results are immediate with fillers. However, some swelling may be noted immediately after injections. The filler settles in within 2-3 weeks. This is when you can expect to see final results. Results will vary with individuals and treatment areas. Typically, results may last 6 months – 2 years post-treatment.
- Typical treatment areas of fillers include: temples, under eyes, cheeks, smile lines, lip lines, jawline, hands and earlobes.
- We recommend avoiding vaccines and dental work (including a dental cleaning) for a minimum of 2 weeks before and after your filler appointments.
- Bruising may occur with filler treatments so we recommend that you plan big events like reunions or weddings 2 weeks after your appointments.
- Signature fillers treat: lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip/smoker lines (may need multiple syringes to achieve desired results)
- Premium fillers treat: temples, cheeks, jawline, chin, hands, under eyes (may need multiple syringes to achieve desired results)
- Are you botched or unhappy with filler you had done by a medical provider at a different office? We offer dissolving filler to correct this.
PDO Threads
- PDO Threads are a treatment that lifts and tightens sagging skin tissues using threads made of polydioxanone. Polydioxane is suture made of complex sugar that is often used in orthopedic and cardiac surgeries to suture wounds and incisions.
- The lifting thread is introduced deep into the layer of the skin and produces instant skin lifting and collagen stimulation.
- Threads disappear through hydrolysis after six months. The lifted facial contours can remain for up to two years due to cellular rejuvenation effects.
- PDO thread treatments are safe, and there are very few side effects.
PRP with Microneedling
- Plasma is a component of our blood and contains proteins which help the blood to clot and support cell growth. Platelets are found within the blood and are responsible for recognizing and repairing damaged cells by forming a plug, or clot. PRP Treatments use the body’s own healing processes to rejuvenate the skin and promote new cell growth.
- During treatment, we will draw blood from your arm. The small vial of blood will be placed and spun in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. This process concentrates the platelet count to about 4x the normal amount. The platelet-rich plasma is then applied topically or injected into the skin for treatment. PRP has tremendous healing factors and is great for any recent skin trauma or acne-prone patients. PRP is a nice add-on to microneedling.

Semaglutide / Tirzepatide
- The once-a-week weight loss medications FDA approved for weight loss. These medications reduce your appetite by telling your brain that your stomach is full, reduce food cravings, and improve glycemic control. It’s a simple self-injection once a week to your abdomen or thigh.
- All patients will receive a free consultation and health assessment. You may bring in a copy of any lab work you have had in the past 12 months, and we will do a comprehensive medical screening at our initial visit and explain the program. Once you begin, you will come for weekly appointments for the first four weeks, including weigh-in, semaglutide/tirzepatide shot, and weekly check-in. B12 shots are available upon request. After your first four weeks, patients will have individualized schedules based on their weight loss needs. On average, patients lose over 30lbs or 15% of body weight.
